An airline is known as a company that provides air transport services for traveling passengers and freight. You may sometimes help passengers through customs and immigration or escort passengers who have night flight connections. You could also specialise in different areas of airport work, such as computer control. Airports operate long hours, so you would normally work on a shift system in most airport. A passenger service agent, sometimes may be referred to as flight customer service agent, is usually responsible for the administrative and customer service of all traveler. They assist customers before and after the flight. Passenger service agents also provide support for other airport personnel, including pilots and engineers.
